We were given a hard time about getting my tire replaced. I sat outside for 3 hours in the heat waiting for a tow after hitting a pothole and slicing my tire. We called spreen to see if my tire was in stock and it was. I notified them We would be arriving with my car around 3p.m. when we got there Brandon told us they stopped taking appointments at 3p.m. and they weren't expecting my car. We told them not true, we talked to someone and it wasn't conveyed to us not to come after 3p.m. then Brandon lied and said, well we don't have your tire in stock and we said not true because we called and we were told you have it in stock. I was also told over the phone the price was going to be $264. I ended up paying $300.00. 1st time in over 20 years coming here that I was unhappy with customer service. And the guy who worked on the tire came inside while I was paying and tossed my keyless remote on the counter as if he was upset because he had to stay late to do his job for a paying customer!!!
Great service. Went in with an appointment. We were out of there within the hour.
Brandon was exceptionally kind and professional both on the phone and in person. Brandon was knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. He was not pushy at all. He made sure we felt looked after and ensued that you are now the only place we take my care.
