BOBBY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE THOROUGH. INTAKE INTERVIEW WAS RESPECTFUL , ESTIMATE WAS EXPLAINED, WORK WAS COMPLETED PROMPTLY. WE RETURNED TO THE SERVICE AREA AFTER BEING NOTIFIED THE CAR WAS BEING WASHED. DETAILS OF THE SERVICE APPOINTMENT WERE EXPLAINED AND PRICE WAS AS EXPECTED.
