It’s an older Saturn that I’ve been taking to that deal ship since it was Saturn. New faces this time but knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me a helpful hint how to save the tires since the car will be parked for awhile
The service advisor did not write down the information that I gave him. He wrote info on my work sheet that was completely false and never said by me. I went in for a complimentary battery check and he wrote down “client reports battery keeps going dead and will not hold a charge”! Not true and never said!!! This is the second time this has happened at this dealership. Why can’t they seem to write down correct information. I keep all my car records and want them to reflect true info. Now I have to make another trip out there to have this corrected. Not happy!
