One thing that I have consistently found with Daniel is that he takes time to explain things, wants to show me any problems while the car is up and I can see them, and is very open to talking about any thing I want to understand deeper. He never shrugs a question or problem off. He is thorough and very competent.
Best service department in Phoenix, travel 30 miles just to see Bill very honest and does what the client needs very very honest. Love Right Honda.

Oscar was wonderful, however I had an 8 o’clock appointment for an oil change and that was supposed to get me out of there at 8:30. Oscar informed me of two recalls that needed to be done and told me it would take about another hour it took another hour and a half I was not planning on spending two hours only 30 minutes but I also appreciate Oscars taking care of my car and getting this all done in one tripI just wished it hadn’t taken over two hours
