Fabian has been my service advisor for a long time. He understands customer service excellence and very responsive.

Fast, effective service.

I dropped off my car for my 11:30 appointment and was told by Fabian that it should be ready in about an hour but he would call. Two hours later, and no call, I went back to see if my car was ready. I was told by a young woman that Fabian has left for the day. What??? I was told to go to the cashier to see if my car was ready. What???? The cashier said it was ready and on the invoice Fabian had written that he called. He did NOT. This level of service is unacceptable and if Fabian left for the day I should have been notified and have been given another service advisor. Obviously Fabian simply doesn’t care.

I dropped off a spotless car and it was returned with spots all over it. I was not made aware that it was going to be washed I would have said not to do it. I would like it put in my file to never wash my car. it's clear the car washers have no pride in their work. I understand the driver side seat may need to be adjusted depending on who's driving it around the dealership but the fact that it was adjusted and then set into memory was disappointing. I had to readjust the seat and reset it to match my key fob. Lastly when the car was returned to me the heater was put as high as it could go on full blast. I'm not sure why that would have been done and why it wouldn't have been turned off before delivering me the car. I did like Bill as my service advisor I found him friendly and informative with the exception that my car was going to be washed.
