My whole experience at Spreen Mazda was great! The customer service was excellent and Philip was so friendly and helpful. They even accommodated me when I showed up late to pick up my car. I will definitely return for my next service.
Everyone was friendly and welcoming when I came in. Phillip helped me so much and I really appreciated him listening to my needs. He was professional and made sure I understood what I was getting done for my car. I felt like I could trust the dealership because of his honesty. I really appreciated how quickly my car was serviced and how well they honored my scheduled service time. I usually drove out to the Mazda dealership in Riverside but will be coming back with my Mazda to Loma Linda instead.

Excellent service, was greeted promptly by Phillip Guest upon arrival, he was professional and polite, explained the process of diagnosing the problem with my Mazda3, and offered me a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop, Phillip kept me advised of the status of my car daily by either personal phone call, text or email, there was no fuss and he made the service stress free, Thank You!
