I think your service advisors, Billy, Phillip and Carlos are great. They keep you informed as to current status of your vehicle, etc. we originally purchased our Mazda 3 from A dealership in Redlands , who shall remain nameless. After several service visits, we received our vehicle back with body damage. Since a walk around was not done at the time of service drop off we had no recourse. Their facility was under construction at that time coincidentally and I questioned how a crease was made on our roof. They had no idea, sure. So glad you took over, never been happier. Thanks to all the advisers and technicians!
We Thought the the car gets washed when you get service in our car was not washed . They do that is San Juan Capistrano .

Bill Dilbert is an excellent service employee. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. I also liked that, after the work on my car was completed, he gave me details of what was done to my car. I was very pleased with Bill’s assistance.
