Went in to get the battery changed and brakes replaced as your technicians had told me last time to replace my rear brakes. I went home and was supposed to be contacted about the price estimate of my brakes. 2.5 hours went by and I didn’t receive a call that my car was done and that the brakes did not need to be replaced. Had to call the dealership to find out my car had been done for an hour and a half and that the brakes did not need to be replaced. When compared to my last servicing at Mazda, my brake pads were noted as 2mm and 1mm thicker than two months ago. It just got shrugged off by the workers as a relief that my brakes did not need work; however last time I was in, they tried to get me to change my brakes then and there. It was then discounted and was told “maybe they undermeasured last time.” If I can’t trust their measurement, how am I supposed to trust my car there?
