There is an issue with the security system on the car, which locked me out of the car while my 5 year old was strapped in, and the engine was on. I had the key but the door locked by itself and was not allowing me to unlock from the outside. I asked Phil about this and he told me that since I 'agreed' to the installing the 3 party alarm system(which was the only option at the time of the purchase, and it was already installed), and now that screen no longer support this system, I have to contact this alarm company myself to get this resolved. This shows me that the company does not stand by the product sold and not have a good customer service.
