Cale continues to do an excellent job with great customer service and focus on helping make sure my repair experience goes smooth. He’s very good with talking me through all the options and making sure I understand the details. He is my go-to person when I need routine and also more complicated service help. Dwain was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and thoroughly reassuring. I had initially contacted Fox Honda and was disheartened to hear I’d have to wait a week for service and that my warranty on the p error I had on my van was likely not at all covered and would come with a fee for even running the diagnostic . When I spoke with Dwain and explained the situation (just as I had at Fox), his calm demeanor and clear explanation of my warranty immediately put me at ease. He turned what was a stressful and uncertain situation into one where I felt confident, cared for, and informed. The shuttle service provided was prompt both for drop-off and pick-up, they even helped the situation become more enjoyable . He explained the technical details of the repairs in a way I could easily understand and emphasized the importance of routine maintenance, which I truly appreciated and resulted in me spending the extra money and time to get it done rather than put it off likely costing me more in the long run. Best customer experience I have had in a very very long time. Because of Dwain, I will be returning for all of my vehicle needs—and when it’s time to purchase my next Honda, I’ll be coming here, as long as Dwain is still part of the team.
