We bought a brand new van from you less than two years ago and it’s already been in the shop 4 times. The latest interaction we were told the breaks needed to be adjusted at barely 20,000 miles with no explanation as to how breaks would need attention after such little wear. Overall feel very frustrated with the lack of explanation by Cam of what cause this issue and the overall poor warranty coverage. Would not recommend a Honda moving forward after these past two years of issues and now a break issue.
