Dwain always delivers the very best in service which reflects a great deal towards your Honda dealership! I won’t go any place other than your dealership, so long as Dwain working there. He is a very important person with regards to meeting very high customer satisfaction. I’m waiting to see when Honda will start selling the new Honda Fit/ Jazz hybrid for 2026 or 2027. It a big hit in Europe and Asia and I certainly don’t understand why they dropped it from the North American market.

Cam was very helpful and to the best of my knowledge all of the PM work was done properly. The problem is that the one repair that I needed was not fixed. I left with the same 'click' that I started with and for which I believe I was charged a diagnostic fee. Where do we go from here?

Cale was wondering to work with. He also left a print out in the van with the breakdown for the 105k mile maintenance that is coming up. It is so nice to be able to plan for cost.
