Dwain was such a helpful person during the whole process/service. From the start to the end. He was really helpful to the tow truck driver too. He really did a great job to make sure that my car was dropped safely. He got some of his tools and helped the tow guy. Thanks!????

I have been coming to Serra Honda since 2023 and Conner is usually my Service Advisor. He is very friendly and most importantly, very effective at his job. He makes the process of visiting the dealership stress-free and he always explains the estimate well and is great at communicating. Please give this man a promotion!
