Davin Risk gave me very good service on my CR-V yesterday. He listened to my service requests and questions and asked if I needed anything else done. My oil change and check to make sure my car is ready for the winter was done and finished in only 20 minutes. And my car brought to me in service garage. Davin also had put on my car dashboard the mph information my car is getting. This was so nice of him, I didn’t know that was included along with my oil percent on dashboard. Excellent service advisor. Thank you.

The work was done well however the service writer called me twice talking about someone else’s vehicle repairs and was very disorganized. They also quoted me $1700 then called back the next day to say oh yeah we forgot one of the main things we’re doing it’s over $2000

Everything with the vehicle seems to be fine. There was some sort of miscommunication between myself and the service department. My understanding was that the key would be left with the vehicle and the doors unlocked, so I could pick the truck up after hours. I got there around 7:45 pm, and the doors were locked and no key in sight, inside or outside of the vehicle. I went home, grabbed my spare key, got a ride back out to Serra and got the Ridgeline. I’ll need to work something out to get the key back. Thank you.
