I felt very taken advantage of by the service department. I worked with Cam. I was told by Cam that I needed 2 extra things done to my vehicle at the time of service outside of the warranty repair they were doing. I told them at that time that I could not afford anything extra. He explained that I would save about $600 by doing one of the repairs now because they'd already have the engine open for the other repair and that they had payment options. I told him I would apply and let him know. After I was approved, I told them to go ahead with those repairs but not the sensor he said they wanted to remove. I told him not to remove it because for $129 I'd deal with it or remove it myself. When I got my receipt I realized that the total he gave me included the cost of them removing the sensor which I declined service for. I also asked Cam specifically if they could check my brakes as they feel a bit slow to stop and shaky. He told me that the brakes were fine or the tech would have said something. On my receipt there is a box selected that states "brakes have not been checked" I don't feel like I was listened to and I feel taken advantage of. I don't believe I will be returning to this shop if that is how they conduct business.

Cale always makes sure I’m taken care of when it comes to my car especially because my car some how leaks in places it shouldn’t and we don’t know why.

Happy that he didn't try to sell me anything but the oil change. I haven't been to Serra in a while because the last sales lady always tried to sell me extra stuff and made me feel bad for not accepting.
