Good service overall, some of your staff in service need to know more about the parts on the car. When I have to explain what a part is on the car, that just shows the inexperience. Still good service overall though. It would also help if you had more people to shuttle clients. My wife had to sit in a car for 45 minutes this morning to get to work, because the shuttle driver had to drop someone else off, she was late to work by the way. The Ford dealerships always have three shuttle drivers whenever I go there for work. Not the end of the world, but something to keep in mind when shuttling clients.

Very thorough and explained problems and we did not feel pressured to do repairs immediately. Being on fixed incomes this will give us time to adjust our car repairs savings account time to build to get the suggested repairs done. Conner was a true gentleman! Thanks
