The only thing wry was the good was not latched. We had to pull over on the highway and latch the hood. This was not the service writers fault. However, the mechanics should be more careful. This could had ended very badly.

Don’t ask before I get out of the shop. That wastes my time and I assumed yours. We have not run our vehicle at that short time. Don’t waste my time for your so called purpose.

Cale was great! Our CRV broke down unexpectedly in Grand Rapids. I was unsure who to call since we live in Kalamazoo. I called Serra Honda and Cale was SO helpful. He was able to look at our car within 24 hours. Although the diagnosis was not ideal, Cale gave us all our options and was very easy to communicate with. Thank you to Cale and Serra Honda for a great experience in an unfortunate situation.

We are selling our Honda next week to a private party and the change oil light came on. We didn't have an appointment, but he was able to work us in. We've had service on our 2013 Honda at Serra since we purchased it in 2013 and always had good service

So I drive my car into the garage, go into the customer lounge to enjoy a cup of coffee and 20-25 minutes later get a text saying that my car is ready to go. I thought that it had to be a mistake and asked Dwain about it. He said “ no mistake. It’s ready to go”! I was shocked until I looked over and saw what looked like an Indy 500 crew putting the finishing touches on my oil change. Several techs working on the car. Dwain offered to get in the car with me and he showed me how to operate the iPhone charging pad, which I have never been able to make work! Thanks to the entire crew!
