The mechanic broke 2 pcs of trim while doing warranty repairs and did not say anything about it. Talked with Davin and Jessie and they are taking care of ordering replacement parts.

I brought my car in because my blower had stopped working for a short period of time. It was working fine again when i got to your dealership. Your diagnostic showed it needed to be replaced so i made an appointment. However, when I left your dealership the blower was now blowing cold air from the vents on the right and warm air from the vents on the right. This was an issue i had had fixed about 3 weeks ago and this was not happening when i brought my car to you. It seems reasonable to believe something occurred at your shop to cause this.

Was a true pro. Might have been the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. He was a perfect gentleman. Let me know what was going to be done. How was gonna be done and how long it was gonna be done I would recommend him very highly and it seems to be a fine gentleman Extremely well mannered
