Davin was professional, very attentive and explained everything perfectly. The car is running very well. Only issue I had was the changing of my wiper blades. I had installed new $30x2 wiper blades two weeks ago that had a one-year warranty. I didn’t notice until I got home that Serra changed them for $17.99x2. Next time I’ll know to mention something like that before I leave my car. Otherwise great job and I’d be happy to recommend Serra to friends.

As I just had the services done it’s so far so good. Only thing worth mentioning is that my steering wheel was filthy. It felt dirty and I used a wet wipe and wiped it off. The wipe was very dark brown . Whomever should wash their hands or the steering wheel after they work on a car. My service advisor was nice and respectful. And a good salesman.
