I drive nearly three hours south from Traverse City, then waited for 2 hours at the dealership, only to learn that the replacement part for my vehicle was damaged and would not be available that day, so I would need to make the same 8-hour round trip again in several weeks. I feel that my entire day and a full tank of gas was wasted.
