I was very unhappy about my service appointment for July 11. I was to have had an oil change and tire rotation and as recommended by my service advisor, a rear differential fluid service. When I scheduled my appointment by phone, I was told it would take one hour. When I got to the service desk 10 minutes before my appointment, I was told it would take an hour and 15 minutes. When I got my text message saying my service was complete. It was two hours and 10 minutes. I spoke with the manager, THAD. I explained my frustration and that my time Was valuable. Customer service is very important to me. Communication was lacking at this appointment. Scheduling seems it could have been better. I have not had an experience like this in over 10 years. I have been at your dealership.

We were early for our appointment but our wait time was much faster than we had expected. Aiden did a great job explaining the multi point inspection checklist and answered all our questions. Very satisfied and we’ll be back!
