The service writer used scare tactics to try and earn more work. He also miss quoted part as well as lie about what the tech could see. Example on a visual inspection the said my timing belt had cracks in it. It is physically impossible to see the timing belt without doing major disassembly. Second example of wrong parts would be telling me my rear control arms are disconnected from my vehicle when my swaybar links were disconnected two drastically different things. If this is the kind of service you guys offer I would hate to be an uneducated customer. I like the technician videos though they’re pretty honest and truthful. Too bad the service writer isn’t or just doesn’t know any better.

Paid for an issue that was supposedly fixed. When I drove the car, the problems still arose. Took the vehicle back and was told that it was fixed. After leaving the car there for inspection, was told the car needed $5000 worth of work done additionally. Was not satisfied nor pleased with the experience.

When I scheduled the service, I stated no engine oil change, no wiper refills, and no tire rotation. When I called to confirm the appointment and service, I again said no oil change, wiper refills, or tire rotation. When I dropped the key off after hours, I wrote on the envelope no oil change, wiper refills, or tire rotation. When I picked it up, I saw I was being charged for an oil change and wiper refills. Conner apologised and removed the charges, but now I have mystery bulk oil in my engine and a crappy oil filter to boot! To make matters worse, I discovered that all the washer fluid was missing (why?) and the coolant reservoir is under filled (way below the minimum line). So I guess it’s my responsibility to replace the washer fluid and add some coolant to the reservoir. I hope the transmission fluid was filled correctly. Not at all happy about this service.

The entire experience was awesome! I have never experienced this in my 48 years. I have bought 2 cars from Serra Honda but not the service bay. Camden is awesome!!!!! Thank you ????
