Robert was fantastic as well as the rest of the service staff. Exceptional actually. As honest as any dealer service department I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately the problem was not fixed as I was told there was Acura protocol that needed to be followed. I wish they would have fixed the actual problem rather than “trying” something to see if it worked.

If I did not have the paper I was given last week when I was there **** would have been much more difficult. A copy of the evaluation and issue with my car should have been in the folder as I had an appt set up. Once he guy saw the paper everything went well
