Steve and technician, Bill Wetsel were fabulous Bill let me know in advance what he thought was causing my problems and he was spot on. The maintenance work that he did was excellent and tinely Both Steve and Bill provided me with outstanding communications/updates at each step of the job. Bill even called me a a day after the work was done to be sure I was satisfied. This level of service and communication is unheard of in this day and age. Thank you Northeast Acura for hiring such good people like Bill and Steve.

The service today was good and not at all long. I appreciate the hospitality and the A1 service from the whole team. I just wish that the part could have been at the dealership and all but I do recognize that my car is 18 years old too so why stock part for classics lol. Bot I enjoyed my visit today. Personnel like Stephen -- all your guys, really (don't forget the knowledgable technicians who fix the car!) are couteous, keep one informed, explain things. And when i drive away, my car drives great!
