As I mentioned to Steve today, this visit was less satisfying than usual. I had an 1130a appointment for a tire replacement..and ended up leaving the dealership at 2 hours later. I understand there was a little delay with UPS delivery. Steve kept me posted and offered a ride somewhere if needed. I needed to get on with my work day so unfortunately that wasn’t going to be helpful. The cost was also higher than I was quoted the day before... close to 50%. Thank you for asking.

Service Manager Steve was very accommodating as I did not have an appointment. He got me in and technician Ross was excellent. Ross fixed what I had messed up and insured my safety by inspecting and confirming the wheels I had brought in were not sized properly. I then spoke to Tim who assisted with ordering the right size wheels and tires. Great staff and customer service

The two individuals that helped me with my purchase, Nate Mills and Andrew Lawrence we’re very helpful and very kind. I would definitely go back to Northeast Acura in the future to purchase another vehicle and I will recommend people to shop there If looking for a vehicle.

Way too expensive for an oil change and tire rotation. The inspections were welcome, but really, for a car with 15K what does anyone expect to find? Otherwise, you provide excellent service. Other than price, I have high regards so far from Northeast Acura. Thanks, Jim Luther
