Car was washed on the outside but not vacuumed. They took me last minute so I'm thankful but would have been extra pleased if the inside was vacuumed.

There was suddenly a loud grinding noise coming from the rear of my vehicle which was cause for concern. Steven was able to accommodate my schedule to bring my car quickly for assessment and repair all the while keepong me in the loop. What I like best about my experiences at Northeast Acura is that I am always given a loaner car during the duration of the repair. That to me is a wonderful convenience. Thank you.

Work was completed as scheduled, no attempts to upsell on additional services. Stephen was a good service host and kept me informed and on time. I always enjoy a cup of coffee as I usually schedule morning appointments. Perhaps the dealership might consider offering one Gluten Free snack option.

Still having the same issue with my vehicle. This is my first time here for service on this vehicle and I can't say that I have trust and confidence in the service provided. I am bringing the vehicle back to be looked at again and hopefully, they can correct the problem. Especially since services were not cheap to begin with!

Bob was fantastic. The service department was fantastic. I do want to mention an incident that occurred while I was waiting in the lobby for my car. While I was sitting in the lobby I hear some yelling coming from the business managers office. A woman was in there yelling at a man about how wrong he was in the way he was writing contracts. I was absolutely appalled at the way she was speaking to him. The woman had short brown hair and after looking at the website I believe it was Brenda Matisse who speaking to him that way. I was absolutely mortified for this man. I am a manager and never in a million years would I speak to one of my employees or any other human the way she spoke to him. Why she wouldn’t have closed the door before she started berating him is bewildering. Besides that the visit was pleasant.
