Mr. Duncan was an exceptional service consultant. He explained some additional maintenance items that I should have done and was extremely helpful in assisting me decide which ones to add to the already scheduled work I was having done. I appreciated his concern and honesty. He should be commenting his excellent customer service which keeps customers like me returning for all my Acura service.
