My car needed an emergency repair while I was in the area on business. I called my trusted Service Manger at Herb Connelly Acura in Framingham, MA, Jim Brown, and he helped diagnose the potential issue and made some calls for me to this dealership. When I got there Bob provided me with service and care just like what I can always expect to receive from Jim. It couldn’t have been easier despite a snow storm and working around my stressful business schedule. Thank you for outstanding service. I’m so glad that I’m an Acura owner ????

Robert McGrath answered my questions, was thorough explaining service to be completed and went over the bill in detail. He also helped me with a technical problem I was experiencing with the phone. Robert is very professional and an excellent representative of the ACURA product.
