As always over 30 years, I have received fast, courteous and complete service for my vehicle. I can trust Northeast Acura to suggest only maintenance items that my car really requires. They are very attentive to the needs of the customer.
Ryan was great- very helpful. However, after I got my car back, an emissions light went on- very disturbing since I only bought the car a few weeks ago; and am on an out of town trip. My hope is to get back home without the light flashing. If it begins flashing while on the road, I was advised to pull over and have it towed back to Northeast Acura and find transportation back home. It’s very troubling to not have confidence in a car that I just bought.
