I asked when making the appointment what your protocol was for COVID. I was told anyone touching my car would wear masks. The mechanic who drove my car into the service bay and the one who drove it back and one I saw take another car did not have any face covering on. I walked by the service bays and no one was wearing a mask. I complained to the service rep who checked me in that I was lied to about what I was told on the phone the goal is to keep customers and staff safe.
