My windshield was damaged when I brought it in for an A1 service. They did make good on it but initially tried to blame it on me. I have been a steady customer since 2008.
I enjoyed my visit today. Stephen was very gracious and helpful, even
at the end of my visit coming to my car and helping me find my favorite
Christian radio station that I had lost tack of awhile back. He was friendly
and saved it in my vehicle for the future. He was a fine host/representative
for your company. I look forward to my next trip to Acura.

Everything was above average, from the greeting when you drive up and the wait for information on my car. Bob was precise as to what you needed to do and the actual time to do the repair was shorter than he told me -very good for a waiting customer. Bob was a perfect example of a service professional.
