As of this morning from backing out my driveway until I came to a red light, my brakes are sounding worst now, there can't be that much brake dust in my brakes. Please make me an appt. So when they "clean" my brakes, the can hear the grinding noise.
I just want to say that I was very impressed of the service of Mr. Duncan, he was very professional and courteous towards me. I am very concerned that my 2020 rdx has had continual brake problems.
My pads were replaced around 2000 miles.
At 5000 miles both the pads & rotors were replaced.
The braking issue is rampant on the social web sites.
Why hasn’t acura found a successful solution.
If I need another brake replacement I will have to implement the ‘lemon law’ & expect a new vehicle.
The service at the dealership is excellent.
This is a company problem.
