Bob was very nice and very thorough. He listened to my needs and performed the appropriate services based on that information. On the receipt, it states that one of the services performed is done routinely at 30,0000 miles. My car only had 16k miles. My husband called when I came home and although Bob never explained this to me (I didn't read the receipt until I was home) he explained to my husband why it was performed today. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Second time that something was changed in my car after a service appointment. My alarm continued to blare after I tried to turn off car. It took many tries to atop the alarm. Plus my headlight setting was changed, as it was with a previous appt. I did inform you in this same survey.

Oil cap was left off, oil is all over fire wall and hood pad, I'll be calling you for a cleanup appointment.
