Stephen took care of the issue and did it expeditiously. Pleased with him. However, if prior Northeast Acura would’ve listened to me the problem would’ve been fixed since last year. It would’ve saved me a bunch of time, appointments, etc... Not happy that it took so many appointments to get a simple fix done.

I have always felt and will continue to feel as though I am not treated as an equal wanted or a quality customer with Acura. My first purchase was a used vehicle and unfortunately it has caused me to never want to buy a car from Northeast Acura again!!! The service I received is subpar. I am always told that it is because the vehicles old this is why I have these issues and if that was the case then they should’ve never sold me a old vehicle with issues. I bought an extended warranty and I believe that they are giving me low budget secondhand parts instead of genuine Acura parts. I feel extremely discriminated against and not part of the Acura family. I will never purchase a vehicle from them again new or used.
