Not only did they take me right in, like I was at a pit stop for a tire change in a race, but they went beyond the call of duty when they washed my weathertech floormats I bought to protect the leased RDX.. AND.. they gave me my beloved TLX to drive while it was being taken care of !! I had an 05 TL that I refused to replace until I hit a deer and HAD to.. but I kept it, fixed it, and resold it to a good home, and OH, how I miss that car. THANK YOU NE ACURA for making my day so easy to get this car in and out. While I was there, I saw energetic employees who might be new. I wish I got her name, but could definitely describe her. She was impressive. Good help is hard to find, so recognize these people when you find them and keep them !! I will definitely be leasing my next vehicle with NE Acura. Not sure if it'll be another RDX or my beloved TLX if it is 4-wheel drive. I might go back. Ya never know. GREAT JOB TO ALL OF TEAM !! Sincerely, Brenda Marello
you must have the television in the waiting room ON by 8am....been through this many times...so many times that I know you have to go upstairs and turn a switch on in the server room....every time nobody knows what to do...show me where it is and I will do it myself...nothing like sitting in a silent room...
Sabrina stepped in and handled a stressful situation like a champ. Your service department is otherwise a joke. You're a **** show and your "owner" Dave could give two shits about me finding crack cocaine in one of your loaner cars. Said he "appreciated my feedback"

I responded to the text I received when service began on my car not to wash the car and this request was not received or not followed. I have not been satisfied with the quality of the washes in the past and always request that it be skipped for my car. There are visible scratches in the paint as a result and this is unacceptable.
Problem not addressed. Comments by Acura tech support do not reflect the problem that was relayed to service advisor.
Sabrina was helpful when I arrived, she had consistent follow up during the service process.

I always am and have been since my first Acura MDX - 2012.
As usual the A1 service and caliber cleaning was efficient. There were 2 problems with the vehicle and these were corrected. My compliments to Robert McGrath who listened to my concerns and made sure the car was safe to drive and the problems resolved, He is personable and professional.
