Bob in the service department is an absolute rock star. Whatever you are paying him you should double it and it still won’t be enough. I am from Massachusetts and hit a tire on the Thruway near Albany. I had to have my car towed to Northeast Acura. Bob was nothing but kind and understanding, and made an awful Situation into a very pleasurable experience. If I lived in the Albany area you can rest assured that my next Acura would be from Northeast and Bob would be the sole reason for that.
