I came in to have my bumper painted in December and the paint is chipping and looks very bad so the guy Robert in service states to me “ you get what you paid for” and that is something you should never tell a continuous customer , thats very unprofessional and insulting to the customer being that i didn’t have any options they told me one price and that was that! So apparently they sent my car to a body shop they wouldn’t take their own cars to not sure why that happened! The guy Steve i was working with no longer works for them wondering why ???? ! That is not the first time he “Robert” made me feel like my money is not good enough! They offered me two free oil changes which values to $100 which was not that big of a deal to me i asked can they take $100 off my next repair bill he then says NO its other customers who spent way more than i do and they don’t offer them a deal like that ! Making me feel like my money is not good enough i grew up loving acura’s but probably wont purchase another once since this is the only dealer we have upstate and they gave me such bad service . The owner David Ellis seems okay but not sure what Robert’s issue is maybe he should consider retiring if he don’t want to provide good customer service i didn’t want to make this review since i still have to get my car serviced here but i want others to know how i was treated and that is not how a luxury dealership should treat someone who spends money!
