I have had terrible experience in the past at different dealership service and vowed to never go to a dealership again and only use neighborhood mechanic. Sabrina was excellent. Courteous, thorough, great advocate. I needed a ride to work and the driver was not there yet. First person she went to said she couldn’t leave because there were too many cars waiting. She then proceeded to talk to someone else and found me a ride. I very much appreciate this as I had a patient waiting. The owner ended up driving me to my workplace.Very much appreciated!
