I found Tim's help and handling if my service needs and questions to be fine. My suggestion is, however, that the paperwork should be more specific in listing what work has been done.I think I had my tires rotated, but I would not know from looking at a receipt which is written in code. Other than that the service visit was fine, and done more quickly than I had expected.

Chris is wonderful to work with. He explains everything completely and works hard to make sure that the customer is satisfied. I had complained about a noise in the car (turned out to be the right wheel bearing.) He personally took my car for a test drive to ensure that it was taken care of.
