I have been having my car serviced at NE Acura for the past 13 years and have always had the best, most professional service possible. I am planning on purchasing a Honda shortly and will continue to have it serviced at NE Acura. John, Chris and others have taken excellent care of my TSX and I cannot imagine taking my vehicle elsewhere.

1) Bill improperly stated as to costs. Told battery was free, but bill said $130. 2) Poor communication between staff. Tim never got message from Dolores as to my day time contact number. 3) Time & radio not reset.
