Car was not washed as I was told it would be. Also unsure if tires were rotated . John was extremely nice and professional just wished the car was washed and I knew if the tires were rotated

This was my first service, on my used Honda that I got at Northeast Acura, and it was an excellent one! I was in for an oil change and tire rotation, and of course the13 point point inspection, and done in 45 minutes - including car wash. Tim took care of me coming in, then he advised me that David would take care of me when comple - both were great, friendly people!!

I was runnings errands and my ‘low tire pressure’ light went on. I did not have an appointment but drove over. John greeted me right away and told me not to worry, they would check it out. Ended up having a nail in my tire. They were able to patch it and within 30 minutes I was on my way!
As usual John Whalen delivered impeccable service. I request him for every service appointment because I trust him and highly recommend him! Thank you John!
Service was great the free car wash was terrible
Service once I dropped off my car was awesome. When I made my appointment the person who I was dealing with not John didn’t seem to know what they were talking about when it came to the warranty on my car or how long the service would take or even that a rental car would be available. I prefer to speak with knowledgeable service personnel such as John. Thank you
