In April when I was in for service and inspection Chris was not with Northeast for some reason and although the gentleman that took care of me was courteous NY car was serviced and the inspection report on my brakes did not mention anything about a need to have any brakework done that was urgent.
5 months later I needed extensive/expensive work.

Mr Veeder was a pleasant surprise. I arrived at the dealership close to 6:00 pm and he greeted me like it was 8:00 in the morning. He was polite and helpful in getting my car registered in the system and letting me know Acura would get back to me the next day. I left feeling like he understood the problem I was having with my car and would get back to me the next day. And someone did! and I pick up my car problem gone!! Thank You Mr Veeder for your professionalism in getting my car in for serviceand back to me.
