I really like dealing with Chris. I had him a number of times and he is very nice. I also love Deloris, she is so kind and friendly. I can stay all day and just talk with her. Everyone is very nice, but Chris and Deloris are special. They deserve recognition of some kind by Acura

Stephen was exceptional! From the time I arrived he greeted me and kept me informed. He was thoughtful and courteous and found it personally to vacuum my car which was very much needed before I left the service center. He was thoughtful to save me a little money with a coupon he applied as well. All and all very satisfied!

It's great to see Chris back. I see there's been some personnel changes in the service dept. It was sad when Fenton, Amanda, and one other left. For the most part, there's still some good people there. Oh, and then there's AJ. SHe seems to be still hanging in there. Well, that's all folks! (Porky Pig)

Dropped my car off for new arm rest several weeks ago, when I picked-up my car, installation had damaged my door panel and the wires were hanging from the door bottom. Scheduled another appointment for repairs of damage. After more than a week in service, I was called twice to be advised they had received the wrong parts and given options of keeping the loaner or picking up my car. When I finally received a call that my car was ready, I got to the dealership and the wire was still hanging and the door part was not replaced. I opted to leave with my vehicle and disgusted I told the Steven I was not happy and to call me when the parts arrived.
