Disappointed that Acura did not disclose the fact that the oil consumption test would actually just be an oil change that you have to pay for yourself but the service from Victoria and everyone else we had contact with at north east Acura was fantastic. I would also like to note that the dealership in wappingers falls attemptemted to defraud us by telling us that we needed to to replace the rear main seal as that was the reason my car was losing oil. Northeast Acura in Latham confirmed that the rear main seal was NOT LEAKING AT ALL!!!! The Wappingers Falls Acura dealership should be investigated, we will be calling to file a complaint about this

Details were not explained accurately to me which caused a charge I couldn’t afford. The manager took care of the charge however the situation left me feeling very upset for hours after. Even when I booked the appointment the details about the decal weren’t explained clearly.
