The new parts manager does not discount parts. I have spent thousands of dollars with Northeast because I felt the prices where fair... now I will be looking for a new repair shop.

Based on conversations with the dealership, they were supposed to repair the plastic around the installer seat because of the damage the dealership techs caused when diagnosing the problem with the seat. The repairs were not made as promised I called ahead to inform them that the vehicle is subject to a recall for fuel lines and was told that would be addressed while they had the car. However, the recall issue was not resolved to my knowledge.
