When my husband was called about what services were needed he told them not to change the transmission fluid and not to change 2 filters. Nothing was said about them being already done. Then when we went to pick up the car they tried to charge us for items we refused.
Stephen is a consummate professional. He always works very hard to please the client. Kudos to his commitment to Acura.

My concerns are being overlooked and/or minimized and I feel this will continue to occur until my warranty runs out or I’ve owned the car for a long time. I’m very unhappy with the vehicle and wished I could undue the whole transaction. I would take my money and go to another Dealership. I feel because I didn’t purchase a new car my issues are not being addressed, which will in turn persuade me to purchase a new car. Someone left information on the Exchange Program in my vehicle after the last service. I didn’t request it and I have no interest in it unless it is an even exchange for a reliable working vehicle similar to the one I purchased.

Chris Collins has exceeded my expectations for years. It is partially because of Chris’s patience and care that my 2005 RL is in great condition. I would only buy an Acura from now on. Chris is moving from the area. I will sorely miss Chris’s personal and trusted care. I’m sure I will find the same great service with any of the representatives. I have come to expect nothing less.
