Victoria was very pleasant. Went over the check list with me, I asked about the oil alert being at 50% And was told that would be fine but I started receiving email alerts to check my oil level which was low....somewhat dissatisfied

First visit to Northeast Acura, as I'm new to the area. Service was quick, issue well explained, and finished faster than I anticipated. Service staff was professional,and concentrated on me when it was my time to be seen. Definitely will return for any future service my vehicle my require.

I was asking to seek some more information about the job that needed to be done and the task that was informed to the rep. In person myself becuz I wanted to get a picture idea of what’s going on what are they going to do or can do for me and how we can come to an agreement on the amount of work that is going to be done threw this company because if information is missed by the rep how are we suppose to get the answers we are looking for

I had asked for a nys safety inspection on top of routine maintenance, and the nys inspection was not performed. I have had to waste more time and have it done elsewhere, I will likely not use Acura for future maintenance needs. Thanks.
