Greeted immediately upon arriving for my appointment. Everything that was needed for my routine check was explained. They gave an estimate of one hour and twenty minute wait time. Everything was done in less then an hour. We went over the work done and I was escorted to my clean car. Everyone I came in contact was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable.

I feel that i shouldnt have been charged for new wipers that are faulty that never got replaced after only 7 months of use
My first experience with getting my Simoniz treatment did not go well. I spoke with the service manager and he made sure my issues were taken care of. He was wonderful. I will be bringing my car there for ongoing maintenance.

Tom was excellent as usual. Professional and sincere. He fit me in today even though it was a last minute decision on my part..
The only sad part was the cost of labor and parts. I thought I was covered under my maintenance contract. Tom did inform me at the beginning but I had no choice as I was going on a trip tomorrow and had no choice. I could have changed them myself at less then half the price.
I hope you pay Tom well as good help is hard to find.
