The services advisor was fine, no problem at all. The problem was with that green/yellow/red report card sheet. Everything on the sheet given to me was marked in the green fields. On my way home there was a definite difference noted, I called and a technician was sent out to me (I also really appreciate this, that is great customer service) but he noted that the tires probably needed to be replaced. That did make sense since we have 48k and almost 2 years on the tires. What bothers me is why have the report card sheets when they sent accurate? I did end up going out to Mavis and getting tires same day, but what a waist of a day between going in for my service, having a technician come out to me, and myself going out again for something that should have been relayed to me at the appointment. It was just frustrating and makes me wonder if anything marked in the green field is accurate. It makes me question using the dealership for my future service

Lisa got me in and out in an hour
I brought my car in Friday for an inspection and new wipers. My back wiper was flush against the window when I dropped it off. When I picked it up I didn’t think to check the wipers to make sure they worked, but when I finally did on Sunday I noticed the back wiper wasn’t doing anything. It moved but only touched the bottom of the window. I happened to get a call from you guys Monday about how my service went so I mentioned the problem and was told to come in to get it fixed. My husband had Tuesday off so we swapped cars and brought it in for me. Apparently the whole arm was rusted and needed replacing. I guess it’s hard to believe since it seemed fine Friday and if my car was inspected and that wiper was replaced, why was nothing said to me then? $92 unexpected dollars later it’s fixed, but I guess I’m skeptical that it really needed to be replaced.

There was one Service comment that I found hard to believe my brakes were at 70% and less than 2000 miles ago Saratoga Honda put on new pads And rotors as well as replaced A caliper. Just an FYI
