Very accommodating and quick service.
I wish I had been told upon arrival that appointments would take well beyond the estimated time frame.
I understood why we couldn’t sit in the waiting area, but it would have been nice to have suggestions for public bathrooms, etc. I live over an hour away from Saratoga Honda and my appointment took almost 3 hours.
Also, it would have been nice to have the service representatives appear to take our health and well being seriously. How about wearing masks and gloves.
Those that wore gloves made it apparent that they were doing it solely for their safety- not the customers.
I was kind of nervous getting into my car. I used my antiseptic wipes to clean the steering wheel, etc.
Everything looked so scattered and panicked. Why were so many people given appointments?
It seemed if there were fewer customers, those that were there would have felt that their personal well being AS WELL AS THEIR VEHICLE was important.
However- after all my whining, I trust that the work that was done, was done well. I trust that, but boy- the impression given today was that inexperienced workers were thrown into jobs that they didn’t have a clue how to perform.
This was not my typical experience. And yes, I know, these are not typical times.
Take fewer appointments. Slow down and breathe. Wear protective items. Sound confident. Tell the truth about waiting times. Act calmly in order to calm your customers.
This crazy situation is not going to end overnight.
Prepare.

I was mostly kept informed on when work would be completed. I was told it would be done on Tuesday, so i called to make sure and after i called they said it would be Wednesday. I understand with the crazy world we live in now. Otherwise, i would definitely recommend
